Step 1: Inquiry & Consultation
Your journey begins with a simple inquiry. Once you’ve browsed my portfolio and are ready to connect, we’ll schedule a consultation call or meeting to discuss your vision for your wedding day. This is a chance for me to learn about your story, the details that make your relationship unique, and your plans for the big day. After our conversation, I’ll provide a formal proposal and contract to secure your date.
Starting Price: My wedding photography packages begin at $5,000.
Step 2: Booking & Engagement Session (Optional)
Once the contract is signed and deposit received, the next step is to schedule your engagement session if you’ve chosen one. Engagement sessions typically take place about 5 months before the wedding, but I’m happy to accommodate earlier requests.
What to Expect: This 2-hour session is a wonderful opportunity for you and your fiancé to get comfortable in front of the camera while capturing beautiful moments in a relaxed setting.
Your Photos: Within two weeks of the session, you’ll receive an online gallery showcasing your images.
Step 3: Wedding Planning Support
Throughout the planning process, I’ll be by your side to ensure every photography detail is covered. From crafting the perfect timeline to coordinating family photo sessions and vendor logistics, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. About 6 weeks before your wedding, I will finalize all logistics with you and confirm your timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 4: Wedding Day Coverage
Your wedding day will go by in a whirlwind, and my goal is to document it as naturally and seamlessly as possible. I’ll be there to capture every meaningful detail—from the quiet moments of getting ready to the joyous celebrations on the dance floor.
How I Work: I blend into the background, capturing candid, authentic moments while also guiding you when needed to ensure you look your best. My focus is to tell the story of your day with artistry and emotion.
Step 5: Post-Wedding & Gallery Delivery
After your wedding, the magic continues. I meticulously edit and curate your wedding gallery, ensuring every image reflects the beauty and emotion of your day.
Timeline: Your online gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks of your wedding.
Albums: Once you’ve seen your gallery, I will assist you in designing a custom wedding album if you’ve chosen to include one. These heirloom-quality albums are the perfect way to relive your day for years to come.
